1.⁠ ⁠General Provisions (UAE)

1.1. This Personal Data Processing Policy (the "Policy") has been developed in accordance with the requirements of Federal Decree-Law No. 45 of 2021 on the Protection of Personal Data (the "PDPL") and the Executive Regulations issued by the UAE Data Office.

1.2. The Policy establishes the procedures for collecting, using, storing, and protecting personal data of users of the Luuna CRM Platform (hereinafter referred to as the "Platform"), operated by Luuna FZ-LLC, registered in the United Arab Emirates (the "Operator").

1.3. The Operator recognizes the protection of personal data as a fundamental right and undertakes to ensure the confidentiality, integrity, and lawful processing of all personal data in its possession.

1.4. This Policy applies to all personal data collected through the Platform, including via website forms, subscriptions, CRM integrations, and direct communications.

Personal Data Processing Policy must comply with UAE’s Federal Decree-Law No. 45 of 2021 (PDPL) and its Executive Regulations, which mandate fair, transparent, and lawful processing of personal data. Key principles include collecting data for specific purposes, ensuring data is adequate, accurate, and secure, and not retaining it longer than necessary. The policy must also address requirements for data breach notification, cross-border data transfers, and the rights of data subjects, such as the right to request corrections
